Los Hongos hosts hands-on mushroom classes in Portland. At a Live Inoculation Session you inoculate your own substrate block at our flow hood and take home a living thing you made — kit included. We also run kombucha classes and weekend kava nights at the cafe on SE Division.
Live Inoculation Session
The main event: pull up a stool at the flow hood, we hand you a bag, and 90 minutes later you walk out with a living block you inoculated yourself. $49, kit included, 20 seats. Reserve a spot on our events page.

Weekend kava nights run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5–11pm, and we host hands-on kombucha classes too. All at 4330 SE Division St in Southeast Portland.
